Developing a productive, mutually beneficial relationship between the proprietor and the pro shop operator will be critical to every center’s long-term success. In this fast-paced seminar, Kreins will give bowling proprietors, pro shop operators and bowling instructors dozens of practical business-development, customer retention and marketing techniques to help maximize revenue and profit and to strengthen their working relationship.
